For industries dedicated to the manufacture of electronic equipment, it is essential to perform electrical tests that guarantee the quality, proper functioning, and safety of the products. The main objective of this research is to develop and define a process for implementing electrical testing on products that require it. To this end, a methodology is proposed that standardizes this process using IQ (Installation Qualification), OQ (Operational Qualification), and PQ (Performance Qualification) validations, commonly used in the medical manufacturing industry. Furthermore, tools that strengthen process validation are incorporated, such as the SIPOC diagram (General Process Chart), which provides an overview of the process; the GR&R test (Repeatability and Reproducibility Gauge), which analyzes the repeatability and reproducibility of the tests; and capability analysis, which reinforces the final stage of the methodology by validating the performance of the equipment.
