University and globalization.

Abstract

The result of the growing process of global concentration of production and knowledge, the new social division of labor with fragmentation, no longer of individual tasks but of processes in companies that operate in networks in different countries, the deepening of the positive treatment of Social phenomena ("reification" of social facts in order to universalize them), are the challenges that the University must face and that lead it to question its own relationship with the structures of globalization.
