Dialogue and monologue have been considered two not very convergent instances. However, this paper will try to show the value of them as tools of changing and formation. undoubtedly Psychologists should face a reality on new changes in ways of teaching and ways where their own professional training practices in the discipline must change as well. Therefore, it will discuss different ways to acquire knowledge and then it will try to create relations among those and the induction, deduction and abduction as tools of change and creation. Finally it will try to give some alternatives on Psychologists vocational training process.
