El gobierno de Alfonso López Michelsen y la cuestión agraria. ¿Legitimidad en el gobierno de la esperanza?

Abstract

Alfonso López Michelsen government settled the bases for the development of an agro- exporter economy in Colombia, however the handling given to the agrarian matter was against the social expectations of the countryside due to the same capitalist logic with which it was developed, it is for this reason that the pretended government of the hope, based all its effort on re-legitimate its government through the DRI and the PAN. This paper just seeks to get the reader’s attention around a topic of supreme importance today: that of the political legitimacy of their rulers.
