A look at crowd organizations. Between human management practices and the exercise of power

This paper is part of the first approximation derived from the theoretical and conceptual research work: The dissonance between the rhetoric of addressing strategic organizational and management practices in the human chain of department stores in the city of Pereira1. From the perspective of the reality that employees of an organization as its executives built in the world, and how the role of each of them can be affected in the construction of the individual as a single subject mediated by the category of man in the relationship between the body and process subject in the context of the culture. It is closer to understanding to the cultural and subject to redefine its role in social organizations of artificial nature. The reflection is not intended to delve into specific categories of analysis, but on the contrary, intends to invite discussion on the same topic even without findings, which will be subject of the same development of the research.
