Abstract

Approach to the conceptualization of university teaching and learning processes context, and reflection about the importance of using strategies through the formative sceneries as a tool for promoting selfapprentices. From here, a distinction between remedial teaching and autonomous approach is settled up.

On the other hand, teaching and learning strategies are developed by defining and classifying them in an appropriate mode. This way, teaching strategies like pre-instructional, co-instructional and postinstructional are included, while the learning ones are categorized into supporting, cognitive and metacognitive strategies. Although both of the typologies are explained separately, it is attempted to show the close connection between them
