The collective work in engineering programs: A bet on training engineers from the interdisciplinary problematization

This text presents the experience of the collaborative work between teachers and students as a pedagogical strategy and its impact in the forming process of Engineers in the Faculty of Basic Sciences and Engineering at the Catholic University of Pereira. Since 2005, a model called ”Colectivo Docente” was implemented; a proposal that comes from the Institutional Educative Project, and that in the article shows, as a conclusion, the generation of greater conceptual clarity and methodology in students and teachers, on traditionally complex topics, when designing and implementing a problematic curriculum
