Abstract

In the Apostolic Exhortation Evangelii Gaudium, Pope Francisco (No.184) says, "neither the Pope nor the Church have a monopoly on the interpretation of social reality or proposing solutions to contemporary problems. I can repeat here what lucidly stated Paul VI "in front of the very different situations, it is difficult to pronounce a single word as to propose a solution with universal value. This is not our purpose nor our mission. It is for the Christian communities to analyze objectively the solution of their own country's "(Apostolic Letter eighty adveniens, No.4)
