This article aims to make a reflection on the theme of the psychological contract and working welfare. An analytical description is made from both constructs theoretical framework, pointing the relationship of the configuration between psychological contracts in working welfare. Finally, the discussion on the role and challenges to be assumed by professionals working in organizations working for human management area.
