The church on the threshold of the third millennium

Abstract

“After the travel of the XX century and on the eve of the third millennium, in front of heaven and hell and to God’s death, it glimpses our christian task: to give testimony of God, to open the closed windows so His light could shine among us. And to get in His will, to the community that walks in faith belongs the life according to the commandments, which are the concrete rules of God’s love; to the fellow, to the creation and us. This will be reduced to a moralism with no sense, if it is not under the light of grace of forgiveness. Waking up again God’s happiness, the joy for God’s revelation, His friendship. I think it is an urgent church task in our century”.
