Report of industrial design trends

Abstract

The prospective look has been taken within the Faculty of Architecture and Design at the UCP like a visualization exercise at short or medium term, which allows the Industrial Design program prepare strategies to maintain the content and curriculum guidelines at the forefront of the current profession prospects and its disciplinary bases. A baseline scenario for design on the UCP is only possible to the extent that the analyzed factors are considered later and again during the decisionmaking, to renovate and rebuild the academic mesh with their curriculum, through constant dialogue between universities, businesses and State, to validate the direction and goals for the future arising from the Industrial Design program.
