Abstract

The text presented for consideration, is the result of an approach of interdisciplinary work from the contents of the fourth semester curriculum of Business Administration; this was done to understand better the characteristics of the productive chain in the metalworking industry in Risaralda and taking as a study object the company ENTESCO Ltda. This productive activity of Risaralda is recognized nationally, mainly in the areas of electrical transformer manufacturing, mainly because of large investments that companies must make in cutting-edge technology to meet domestic and international demand, which offer high quality products.
